Quantity Surveyor (ACMV M&E Industry) - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships, being updated with the current price trends, and the potential for taking time off for ACMV contract and bidding processes.
• Covers efficient methods for conducting tendering activities, such as risk assessment, the development of a tender file.
• Creation of a request for quotes, and the elimination of bill of quantities, points of schedules, and architectural drawings from ACMV drawings.
• Producing the process of cost analysis, a technical proposal, and a price comparison is also covered in the book, as well as how to assess addendums and corrigendum papers.
• Prepare and update documents for tender submissions and keep organized records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineer
• 3 years of experience in the M&E industry
• Strong technical expertise Fire BMS/IBMS and ACMV.
