Quantity Surveyor (Budget Planning)
Salary: $2700 - $3700
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri)，8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Sat)
Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Contracts Manager
• To take off quantities for tenders and projects and preparing costing and budget for tenders and awarded project.
• To liaise and establish good relations and supports with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and project officers during project phase.
• Prepare and analyze cost comparison of projects.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off of variation order when necessary.
• Joint site measurement with project officers and or resident officers for work done during project phase and completion phase.
• To source for sub-contractos, suppliers for tender and project phase as well as negotiating the best favorable price for the company.
• To prepare variationg orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payment.
• Provide certification of claims for sub-contractos and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• All other QS related and adminstrative job as required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building Construction, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in representing the Main Contractor/Consultants for Civil Engineering projects in Singapore.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
