Quantity Surveyor (Central, 5 Days, $4.5k)

Salary: $4,500
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)
Work Location: Central

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end tender submissions, including cost estimation, pricing and documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Administer project costs, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Utilise e-tendering platforms and procurement portals for tender participation.
• Support business development initiatives and identify new project opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate project costing and commercial documentation.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, quantity surveying, contracts or project commercial functions
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and construction procurement processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Singaporean only need apply
