Quantity Surveyor (Construction/Experience w Main Con/Up to $6k/5 days work!)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims
• Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims
• Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons
• Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues
• Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim
• Responsible for the preparation of final accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore)
• Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Singapore building regulations and contract forms
