Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter

We are in soundproofing, enhancing room acoustics for schools, offices, hospitals and institutional buildings. We provide acoustic solutions through material supply, design, supervision, and installation services.

Job Summary

Successful candidate must have knowledge in working with AutoCad. Able to take off quantities from building plans. At times engage with clients to understand their needs, work with our team to deliver the project on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our teams. Taking off quantities as required. Assist in costings. Assist in producing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Track project milestones and communicate progress updates promptly to the team leader to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improving service quality and recommend actionable enhancements.
