Responsibilities

Able to take off quantities efficiently
Able to liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors related to projects
To prepare quotation for projects
To keep track of Variation Orders
Attend site meetings
Able to evaluate tender submission
Awarding of contracts
Keep track of final account and variation orders

· Prepare contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor

· Able to assist contract quantity take offs, estimation, cost planning and forecast budgeting.

· Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors

· Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers

Carry out other Contracts administration activities.
Sourcing of materials and obtaining quotations for evaluation
