Job Responsibilities

Carry out measurement and taking Off
Preparation of quotation and costing for incoming enquiries
Preparation of progress claim, variation order and final account to Client
Preparation & reviewing on sub-contract documents
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin
Min. 2 years of construction related working experience
