Quantity Surveyor - Get Hired Fast

☑ Salary: Basic $3,500 - $5,000

☑ Office Location: Bendemeer (6 mins walk from MRT)

☑ A1 Maincon/ Building & Civil Project

☑ Working Days/ Hours : 5 days Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:30PM) 
 

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for office-based Procurement tasks, providing support QS works on-site as required.
• Conducting procurement activities such as sourcing, evaluating and negotiating quotations, and subcontracting.
• Taking responsibility for cost estimation and quantity take-off.
• Assisting the QS manager in overseeing other aspects of QS work as required.
• Coordinating with the procurement departments of all regional offices and supporting overseas procurement activities.
• Providing support for tender (mainly for pricing) across all regional offices.
• Short term support site management on site (if they have an engineering background).

Requirement:

• Possesses with Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industries. (Both QS or Engineer backgrounds are acceptable, with preference given to those with site experience)
• Willingness to travel for short-term overseas projects.
