Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

Our Client:

Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)

5.5 days work (Saturday Flexible/WFH)

East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

UP $4,500 + AWS + transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.

• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, while managing project budgets, variation orders, final accounts, subcontractor claims, and progress claims.

• Conduct site measurements, verify completed works, and maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.

• Assist in contract administration and project cost control, while participating in site meetings and project discussions as required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.

• Able to interpret construction and interior design drawings, with knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction processes; and familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage.

• Possess good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
