Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fitting Out Work)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submissions, progress claims, payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Source costs for materials, furniture, and products.
• Estimate and control project costs from start to finish.
• Handle contractor pricing and evaluate proposals.
• Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out project.
• Able to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
