Quantity Surveyor (M&E) (Fulltime)

• Work location: Admiralty

Job Scope 
• Assist in preparation of tender submission. 
• Responsible for measurement of quantities &cost estimation. 
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals / quotations & to carry out evaluation. 
• Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, Technical Data & Unit Rate. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management. 

Requirements 
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in Quantity Surveyor roles within the electrical or mechanical engineering industry. 
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveyor principles, methodologies, and tools. • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
