Responsibilities:

• To support to tender department including preparation of quotation, material submission, cost estimation, project specification, documents and contracts.
• Sourcing the materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
• Tender documentation filing management system and its maintenance
• Coordination among internal & external parties prior project commencement including preparation of handover list, budgeting, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in QS / Others Engineering Field 
• Entry level - OJT will be provided
• Proficient in MS Office application
