Quantity Surveyor (Tender,M&E)

• Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities for M&E trades
• Attend site visits, if necessary.
• Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation for M&E trades.
• Analyse and compare quotations.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing for M&E trades. .
• Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to ensure completeness of tender documents for submission and timely submission.
• Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to clarify and resolve Tender Questionnaires issued by Client/Consultants.
• To seek clarification and confirmation on Tender Questionnaires from supplier/sub-contractor.
• All other adhoc work assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry

• Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost software for tender preparation

• Good knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trades preferred
