Quantity Surveyor (Up to $3200 / 5 days / Pioneer)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID98394)
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2800 - $3200

Job Description:
-To perform the full spectrum of duties required of as a quantity surveyor
-To be in control and responsible for the management of all contracts/sub-contracts activities including, meeting project budget, ensure profitability, terms and conditions of the contract/sub-contract, schedule procurement activities to meet projects deadline.
-To oversee, lead and manage the qs team for the overall direction, coordination, execution of the projects from tender development to inception of construction to final completion of the Projects.
-To oversee, lead and manage the purchase team for the overall direction, development to inception of construction to final completion of the project.
