Responsibilities:
- Project cost management.
- Carry out submission of interim progress & variation claims.
- In-charge of the procurement of contractors and suppliers.
- Review and assess payment claims by the subcontractors.
- Negotiate and agree on the final accounts.
- Understanding with the use of internal reporting systems.
- Ensure to check contract documents and determine any inconsistencies.
- Assist in preparing sub-contract documents and with the contractual which includes time and cost consequences.
- Provide support with the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims, etc.
- Participate with the meetings when needed.
- Perform task as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related discipline.
- With 2 years of related working experience in the similar field.
