R&D Specialist

Salary: Up to $5,500 (Based on Experience)
Working Days & Hours : Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

• Develop and improve waste treatment and resource recovery processes for efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct R&D, laboratory testing, and process optimization for new and existing waste streams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external partners to support new projects, pilot trials, and commercialization.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support business growth through process innovation, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• PH.D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, oil & gas, water treatment, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Must not have colour blindness.
