Duties & Responsibilities

• To lead a team and is responsible for the overall supervision of ranges in MMRC to attain the following contractual KPIs: 
• To achieve the KPIs set for Passing and Marksmanship for the various test packages.
• To achieve the KPIs set for Soldier Satisfaction Survey.
• To be overall responsible for the overall range conduct, safety and security procedures for the range he is assign to supervise.
• To establish a strong safety culture amongst the team through sharing of safety incidents and timely conduct of After-Action-Review to ensure proper identification and education of safety risks.
• To ensure and enforce compliance to all range conduct procedures.
• To ensure that all ranges are conducted in accordance to the established range conduct SOPs and Range Standing Order. 
• To ensure and enforce compliance to all the established range safety and security procedures. 
• To manage the morale of the team and ensure that all team members support and participate in welfare activities.
• To ensure all administrative reports are submitted timely and accurately 
• To undertake any other duties as assign by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Ex-SAF Officer or WOSE of the rank of Captain and above or Master Warrant Officer (MWO) and above.
• Versed in SAF Weapon Technical Handling, Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
• Possess good spoken & written communication skills.  
• Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of security operations and training (e.g. mobile-enabled patrol and incident management, Patrol and Traffic Enforcement Robot, Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality)
