Job Description - R&D Senior Sputter Engineer (Materials Science/Exp in Sputtering machine) - Room for Advancement

We are seeking an adaptable R&D Senior Sputter Engineer (Materials Science/Exp in Sputtering machine) to join our innovative team at CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd in West Region.

Responsibilities:

To lead a group of sputter EAs to conduct daily sputtering work.
To develop new multilayers thin film structure for new hard disk media programs.
To duplicate hard disk media structure based on design transferred.
To monitor sputter process & machine stability.
Ensure compliance to ISO quality and Safety standards.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Materials Science Engineering.
Post-graduate research fellow in A-star research institute (Advantage).
Working experience more than 2 years in semiconductor field or hard disk industry.
Understanding of Magnetic material multi-layers design.
Sputtering machine hardware modification & improvement.
Materials Characterization Skills, ie XRD, AFM, ESCA/XPS.
Thin Film manufacturing process, ie PVD & CVD
