Job Profile Summary

Responsible for preparing research reports, building underwriting models, and supporting the acquisition process. Coordinates due diligence, financial evaluations, and third-party vendor activities while assisting with construction administration and general real estate team operations.

What you’ll do

• Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords, developers, and relevant local authorities across Singapore.


• Negotiate with landlords and developers, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.


• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks within the Singapore market.


• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and development opportunities.


• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.


• Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory updates, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Singapore.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.


• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.


• Work closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage across Singapore.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).


• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.


• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.


• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.


• Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Singapore.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and strong performance under pressure.
