Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and assist visitors, staff, and students.
Support student matters (latecomers, sick bay, early dismissal, lost & found, homework collection).
Assist with administrative tasks (stationery, first aid inventory, receiving goods, checking files).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum N Levels / O Levels / ITE / A Levels / Diploma.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
Prior admin, reception, or school experience preferred.
7 months contract (May 2026 to Nov 2026)
Monday to Friday. Service not required on Saturday, Sunday and gazetted public holidays.
Off in-lieu will be given if OT is required.
7.30am – 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
