1. Provide frontine customer service, answer phone calls, handle
enquiries from parents and general public, attend to walk-ins and
provide basic first-aid to students
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail

4. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or

Requirement:
1. Full GCE N, O or A Level certificate or its equivalent
2. With at least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in
school environment.
3. Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties,
preferably in school environment
4. Good team play with high level of initiative
Duration / Working hours:
1 year contract (With Option to extend another year) 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026
Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
Note: Working hours may be changed based on school needs. However,
the number of working hours per week will remain the same
