Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
• Manage incoming calls and checking of emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Attend to general enquiries/requests/complains from both internal and external customers, provide resolution where possible and/or direct to the relevant team/person in charge.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Assist in arranging courier services.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Liaise with the maintenance department regarding office facilities needs, maintenance, and repair.
• Provide administrative support; printing, scanning, filing, data entry.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Good organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Great customer service attitude.

Work Location: Senoko Crescent

Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6:00pm
