☑ 5 Days Work (8.00AM – 5.30PM)

☑ 1 Year Renewable Contract with Completion Bonus

Job Scope

• Managing front desk receptionist duties and represent company on visitor enquiries
• Handling of administrative tasks such as invoice creation & issuance, courier matter etc.
• Assisting Internal Staff / VIP on Hotel Booking, Transportation Arrangement 
• Liaising & Coordinating with internal team member on facilities maintenance & Supervision of office maintenance work if required
• Assist in company event & logistics arrangement (Set up & Preparation)
• Any other ad-hoc administrative support function assigned time to time

• Requirements
  Secondary School Qualification or Above
• 1 Year of relevant work experience preferred 
• Candidate without work experience can be considered
• Able to assist in pre-event set up (Furniture arrangement etc)
