Reception
the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting
responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a
dynamic environment where calls are volumous)
from phone calls or walk-in parents

sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in
the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
Assist student in times of need, eg lost & found items, change of
uniform, locating teacher/classroom/parent
General Admin
leaflets/items to the teachers and students
messages
and replenished timely
documents; calling parents to submit forms etc
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N level
Preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience, with an added
advantage if the experience is within a primary school environment.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good team player with a high level of initiative
Good customer service skills
Mature individual with a pleasant disposition, is polite, patient, caring
and positive
Proficient in MS Office
