Responsibilities:
- Answering of phone calls and attending to walk-in guests.
- In-charge of uniform requisition / issuance and stationery requisition for HR Department.
- Order staff tokens such as baby gifts, wreath, get-well gifts and etc.
- Purchase orders (transport, cleaning services, ad hoc invoices, flight & accommodation etc).
- Mailing and distribution of letters.
- Updating of uniform and attendance reports.
- Perform monthly stock take for uniforms and postage stamps monthly.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans.
- Min. GCE ‘N’ Level.
- Min.1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese Speaking Associates.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and team player.
- Matured candidate who has experience dealing with customers will have an added advantage.
