Successful candidate will be responsible for their individual KPI, and not limited to the following:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience in a sales support, customer service, receptionist or administrative role.
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent.
- Good follow up and coordination skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential due to the job nature
- Engage with Mandarin and English speaking clients to understand and meet their needs.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
