#Working hours Mon to Thur 6.45a.m. to 4p.m., Fri 6.45a.m. to 3.30p.m.

MOE registered school looking for Receptionist for a 1-year contract who is able to start work in Feb 2025. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work
• To perform printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders
• Answer and direct phone calls, provide information and services and attend to enquiries from walk- in students, visitors, parents and suppliers 
• To administer basic first aid and care for sick students

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent
• Possess Basic First Aid certification preferred
• Customer Service oriented
• A team player who is organized and able to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
