Receptionist - Start Immediately

1. Frontline Duties

• Greet the customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Receive customers, determine their enquiry on Mazda cars and allocating them to the next duty in line Sales Consultant.
• Directing the customers to the correct representative for Aftersales / Pre-Owned enquiry.
• Ensure that the pricelist and brochures are well maintained.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the showroom.

2. Phone Assistance

• Ensure that phone call enquiries are promptly answered.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing the calls, as necessary.
• Taking down phone numbers of the enquiries and allocating them to the sales consultants to follow up.
• Assist in handling complaints and suggestions by dealing with situations in a calm and collected manner.

3. Storeroom Management

• Assisting Mazda marketing with upkeep of storeroom.
• Ensure that the quantity of the brochures is sufficient and to inform the Team Leaders to restock the brochures if the quantity is low.

4. Miscellaneous

• Checking the showroom cars and ensure that the VES labels are well displayed.
• Ensure that the Showroom/Test Drive cars list is updated.
• Ensure that the credit card settlement is done every morning and evening and making sure that the credit card slips tally with the settlements.
• Checking with the SCs if both official receipts and credit card receipts are submitted at the end of the day.
• Assist the sales consultants to update the property chart with sold signs when cars are sold.
• Informing Property if there are any defects in the showroom.
