Looking for Medical Records Administrative Assistant to support the digitisation and management of our medical records. The role involves both administrative and light physical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and move boxes of medical records as needed.
Pack medical records to be sent to contractors for digitalisation.
Perform data entry and create packing lists and cover sheets for each set of medical records.
Manage email correspondence with contractors regarding the digitisation process.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to the digitisation and disposal of medical records.
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative support or clerical work is preferred.
Ability to handle light physical tasks, including moving and organizing boxes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
1 year contract (March 2026 to Feb 2027)
8:30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)
