Looking for a detail-oriented Records Management Support Officer to manage physical and digital records.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer digital records systems (onboarding, file uploads, access rights).
Manage physical files and the Darts Room, including disposal and digitised records access.
Conduct records appraisal and disposal exercises.
Support Records Champions and assist with outreach and communications.
Ensure compliance with MHA Green Book revisions.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Information Management, or related field.
Experience in records or information management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with digital systems and databases.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
