About the opportunity 

The core responsibility of this role is broken into two areas, recruiting trainers and career advisory for the Singapore and Western Australia regions.

• Crafting job advertisements and conducting candidate screenings.
• Interviewing, extending job offers, and handling rejections.
• Building and maintaining trainer talent pools.
• Interviewing prospective students before they join the course.
• Completing 1on1 career coaching sessions to motivate, coach, and keep students personally accountable for maximizing their potential.
• Joining virtual classes to present and share career tips and motivate students (includes evening work once a month).
• Partnering with external stakeholders and leading project initiatives that essentially help our students and grads. 
• Improving resumes, cover letters and profiles and providing unwavering support throughout the interview, job offer, and negotiation phases. 
• Monitoring and reporting on job outcomes meeting documentation requirements.

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, with approximately one evening a month.

About you

• You’re a seasoned recruiter who can build and maintain talent pools 
• Comfortable building solid working relationships with government officials, employers and internal managers.
• Ability to increase job outcomes rate and student experience by offering expertise and insights gained from working in the Singapore job market 
• Ability to understand students on a personal level to support weaknesses and extend strengths
• Ability to work from home with your own set-up with occasional trip to the office.
