What Youll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with the support of a dedicated research and admin team.
• Drive business development through lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and manage long-term client accounts, including periodic engagement visits.
• Achieve individual revenue goals and work towards structured and clear promotion milestones.
• Stay connected with placed candidates to ensure long-term network.

What We Look For:

• Minimum tertiary education qualification preferred.
• Self-driven individuals with strong work ethic and a natural desire to serve.
• A positive, energetic personality with a can-do spirit.
• Singaporeans preferred.Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not requiredwe welcome passionate individuals looking to build a career from the ground up, comprehensive training will be provided as part of onboarding process.
