Key Responsibilities

• Delivering contingent, exclusive and retained recruitment assignments in the shipping sector.
• Recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.
• Managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients globally.
• Owning the full recruitment cycle: job briefing, search, candidate engagement, interviews and offer management.
• Positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert - not just another recruiter.

• Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience from any industry.
• A proven track record of placing permanent, professional candidates.
• Confidence in managing exclusive and senior assignments.
• Commercial awareness and a consultative, client-first mindset.
• Ambition to grow a successful, high-reward desk in a specialist industry.
