🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to placement)
• Conduct business development and acquire new clients
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets

👤 Requirements

• Prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to earn commission
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
