What You'll Do:

• Connect with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
• Source and engage talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on clients' hiring requirements.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement.
• Keep up to date with hiring trends and market insights.
