Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities
• Match candidates effectively to job openings to meet client requirements
• Utilize recruitment platforms to source and manage candidate information efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and support organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a CEI certificate (Basic) as required for recruitment activities
• Possess at least 3 years of recruitment experience demonstrating ability to manage client and candidate relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate familiarity with recruitment platforms to enhance sourcing and placement efficiency
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills to contribute positively within a collaborative environment
