1.     Sales:

• Client mapping, Benchmark and market analyses.
• Developed and implemented sales action plan in the APAC region for Energy, Industry,Renewable, Oil & Gas etc. clients.
• Assist with preparing tender offer and answering to client tender.
• Generate target prospect list, then identify potential leads and subsequently qualify them through phone and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings and present potential candidates

2.     Recruitment

• Sourcing candidates directly or indirectly on different databases, job boards and networking.
• Sourcing multisector professionals (Energy, Industry, Renewable, Oil & Gas etc.)
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Gather feedback from clients and candidates to adjust selection criteria if necessary.
• Negotiate salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates prior to onboarding.

3.     Client Relationship Development:

• Collaboration with your team to understand specific client recruitment needs
• Collaboration with the different group entity worldwide and propose different communication strategies.

4.     Other:

• Stay updated on market trends and developments in the employment industry to remain knowledgeable about best recruitment practices.
• Attend exhibitions within the region with your manager if needed
• Support the group social Media Effort.
