What do we expect?

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant at Dynamic Human Capital. You will be responsible for talent recruitment, consulting, interviewing, communication, and recruiting while will working closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide the right personnel for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment industry and HR consulting is an added advantage
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
