We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant (RC) to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, learning about different industries, and supporting businesses in identifying top talent. We would NOT look for a "cold-calling machine." We would look for someone who is coachable, organized, and intellectually curious.
You will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers within healthcare sectors, gaining exposure to recruitment, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent advisory.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Conduct market research and talent mapping across healthcare sector.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking activities.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries for clients.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market developments.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
No experience in recruitment is welcomed, mentorship provided in talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or related fields are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about different industries and business functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable communicating with professionals at different levels.
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills will be advantageous for regional communication.
