Recruitment Consultant for Foreign Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end placement of Foreign Workers in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through proactive business development and outreach.
• Screen and shortlist workers by reviewing biodata, employment history, BCA/multi-skilled certifications, and training records.
• Source qualified candidates through job platforms to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from interviews to timely placement.
• Handle WP, S Pass, EP, DP, and LOC applications via WPOL/MOM portals in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Advise clients on quota, levy, and statutory matters; arrange security bonds, medical insurance, and PCPs upon IPA approval.
• Coordinate pre-departure and post-arrival requirements including Pre-Entry Approval, Onboarding Centre, safety courses, medical checks, flights, SGArrival, MOM appointments, Settling-In Programme, BCA verification, and transportation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Foreign Worker recruitment and placement is required.
• CEI certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sales-driven, confident, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Word and PDF.
• Comfortable using communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, web browsers, and other computer applications.
