Job Scopes: 

• Utilize various methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals to source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Organize and arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by working together with HR.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Sales experience is a must, preferably with prior recruitment experience.
• Hybrid work arrangement - able to WFH on alternate weeks.
