Job Description - Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Welcome/5days)060

Basic Salary (depending on experience)
Attractive Commission and Increment Scheme
Uncapped Commission (up to 30%)
Quarterly Events + Annual Trips
Mon-Fri -- 9.30am-5.30pm -- Jurong East (Near MRT)

Responsibilities

Actively source and qualify candidates.
Manage the client's needs and expectations.
Maintaining strong relationships in the market.
Working to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree holder with passion in sales or with relevant experience.
Quota or goal oriented
Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated.
Team player
