The Role: 
As a vital member of our healthcare recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in our strategic business expansion, particularly within the aged care and acute care sectors. We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about improving the lives of the elderly and excels in meeting recruitment targets. In this role, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the aged care and acute care sectors, fulfilling their staffing needs primarily with temporary placements.
• Utilise our extensive database and recruitment platforms to identify and attract top talent in aged care and acute care, specifically RNs and ENs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the demands of our aged care and acute care clients.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and assignment duration, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry, with a focus on aged care and acute care staffing.
• Thorough understanding of aged care and acute care roles, certifications, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in aged care and acute care.
