Job Summary

Join Achieve Group’s expanding Technology Practice as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant. Drive full-cycle recruitment, build client relationships, and grow your career with autonomy, strong earning potential, and expert support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates across Singapore and the region to foster trust and repeat business
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client accounts to grow your recruitment desk
• Recruit talent across diverse technology domains such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Digital Transformation
• Execute recruitment for both Permanent and Contract roles, specializing or diversifying based on your strengths and interests
• Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring advice to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
• Establish yourself as a market expert by building a specialist recruitment desk within your chosen technology vertical

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of agency recruitment experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a 360 recruitment environment
• Technology recruitment experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
• Passion for building long-term client relationships and growing your own recruitment business
