Responsibilities:

• Source, short-list and select suitable candidates via different channels such as social media, advertising and referrals etc
• Conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidates
• Profile the suitable candidates to clients for consideration
• Coordinate interviews arrangement, salary negotiation between clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
• Study and understand the market, industry and clients’ business needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with new / existing clients through tele-calls, follow up and client visit etc.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated business needs from current clients.
• Research on client companies and positions to better understand the company for effective recruitment.
• Negotiate and renew services agreement with clients
• Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the system
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates.
