Hiring of Recruitment Executives to join a growing team of dedicated recruiters specialising in the recruitment and placement of live-in caregivers / eldercare helpers for households. If you are dynamic and organised, have a passion for interaction with people, join our team of like-minded professionals.
Xedge Resource is a specialised healthcare recruitment agency focusing in the recruitment and placement of:
- Nurses and Allied Health professionals for Institutions in Singapore and regionally and
- Trained, Skillful and Experienced Live-In Caregivers / Eldercare Helpers / Private Nurses for Singapore's households
Roles:
- Source / sceeen candidates for the appropriate qualification, skills and experience
- Understand the needs of the employers and match suitable candidates
- Manage the logistics / on-boarding of the candidates including the necessary administrative work
- Manage relationship with our customers and candidates
Requirements:
- Preferably has experience in the healthcare sector or caregiver / domestic helper sector.
- Attained the Certificate for Employment Intermediaries (CEI- Basic).
- Independent and sales-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
