Recruitment Officer

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to support their hiring and talent growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization.
  
• Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels.
  
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations.
  
• Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions.
  
• Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements.
  
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks.
  
• Track recruitment KPIs, metrics and reports for management review.
  
• Oversee onboarding processes, documentation and new hire orientation.
  
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  
• At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record.
  
• Excellent communication skills, interviewing and relationship building skills.
  
• People-oriented, confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
