Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Sales, in this role, you will be required to handle sales and as well candidate management to join our growing team in Reeracoen Singapore! Reporting to: Career Consultant Manager 

【What will you be working on】
- Conduct interviews (via phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.
- Manage the interview process (i.e. arranging for interview schedules etc).
- Sourcing suitable candidates in accordance with the client's needs and requirements.
- Screening of resumes, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.
- Act as a career advisor and provide career consultation to candidates.
- Managing job offer processes (negotiating salary packages, commencement dates, and allowance).
- Posting jobs, sourcing, and following up before the candidate's commencement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

【What we are offering】
- Flexible timings from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (As long as the employee fulfils 8 hours, excluding lunch break).
- Uncapped Monthly Commission 
- Variable Bonus (Based on company and individual performance）

- Annual Leave: 14 days (18 days 3rd year onwards)

【What they are looking for】
- Minimum a Diploma holder or above.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply!
- Prior experience in Recruitment is highly preferred!
- Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred although not a must (The shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification before/within joining).
