Job Scopes:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not a must, as training will be provided.
