Recruitment Specialist - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in full cycle of recruitment process including source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
• Managing client job order request - Understand and assessing client’s hiring requirements and business needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
• Draft resume and recommend to Account Manager
• Follow up closely with candidates and ensure smooth journey till onboarding
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices including exploring new channels to look for suitable candidates
• Other administrative duties as per company’s guideline

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment agency.
• Candidate with IT/Tech recruitment experience or specialised in contract placement has added advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A winning mentality, resourcefulness and driven to achieve targets
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
• Ideal, but not a must: Diploma / Degree in HR or other related field.
